Items are only returnable & refundable if there is a manufacturing defect in stitching, fabric or if you receive a different order than what was placed. Please make a video of the product while opening the packet. If in the case size up or below are not available, the brand shall not be liable. Please note, Custom orders on customer requests are not liable for any size exchange, return or alteration. Please note there is no exchange or return policy for interweave x essentials as they are innerwear products.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our brand's part.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact. Under the case of return and refund, it will only be initiated once we receive the product and check it. Your refunds will be processed within 10-12 days.
